Between now and December 31st every person that you refer to New Age Dental Care gains you an entry to win aniPad mini. The winner will be announced on New Years Day via email and on the New Age Dental Care Facebook Page.
Referrals are the number one source of new patients for Dr Kardaris. Every week people come in, having heard from other patients that she is “Not like other dentists” and that she is “the Dentist that Doctors choose.” The greatest gift we can give her for her years of study and dedication to her patients, is the gift of more family and friends and to help. The purpose of the giveaway is clearly seen to be the referring of friends and family into the practice for dental treatment. Entry to win the iPad Mini can be done without purchase or decreased chances of winning by following the guidelines below:
Anyone may enter this giveaway by mailing a self addressed 3 x 5 notecard with the words “Entry for iPad Mini Giveaway” written on it to 125 Chesterfield Business Parkway c/o Marketing Director Chesterfield MO 63005. Five entries per household permitted. To keep the contest fair a maximum of five entries per household, including to those households that refer patients to the practice, will be permitted. Must be a resident of the State of Missouri and reside within 100 Miles of 125 Chesterfield Business Parkway Chesterfield Mo 63005 to qualify. No employees or employee relatives may enter. No vendors or vendor relatives and no subcontractors may enter. Chances of winning are based on entries received. Good luck!
